Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, company or institution, order history, support messages, and the age and research-use confirmations you make when you order.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring site, and similar usage data, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from others: payment status from our payment processors, delivery events from our carriers, and referral information when you arrive through an affiliate link or a partner.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and the site is not directed to them.

We send order confirmations, shipping notices and other messages about your account and purchases. We send promotional email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in the message or by contacting support. Order and legal notices will continue.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who work for us under confidentiality obligations: payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, hosting and email providers, analytics and fraud-prevention tools, and professional advisers. If a storefront enables an advertising or analytics tool, that provider may receive limited usage data.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Order, attestation and tax records are kept for up to 7 years to meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations. We delete or de-identify information we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Where information is processed

We operate in the United States and your information is processed and stored there. We ship only within the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a revised effective date, and we will give more prominent notice of a material change.
